Post-production for wedding/events images will typically be completed within 4–6 weeks from the wedding date.

The exact delivery timeline may vary depending on peak wedding/events seasons, workload, and current production schedule. We are committed to ensuring that every final image is delivered while maintaining our highest quality standards.

The number of photos delivered will depend on the actual circumstances of the wedding/events. Generally, for a wedding/events, approximately 300–1000 edited images will be delivered. However, the final number may vary depending on the schedule, timeline, and overall flow of the day.

照片数量将根据婚礼/活动当天的实际情况而定。一般来说，婚礼/活动当天平均会交付约 300-1000 张照片，但具体数量可能会因婚礼流程、时间安排及现场情况而有所不同。

Fine Edit photos are available as an add-on service. Please contact us for more information and pricing.

We are unable to provide or sell the raw files or/and raw footages. 

我们无法提供或出售 RAW 照片及/或 RAW 影片素材。 

Once the customer has paid the package deposit or full payment, JAX CHU PHOTOGRAPHY will not accept any cancellation requests, and the deposit or payment is non-refundable. 

客户一旦支付了套餐订金或全额费用，JAX CHU PHOTOGRAPHY 不接受任何取消申请，订金或付款将不予退还。 

If a client needs to change the wedding photography date, they must notify JAX CHU PHOTOGRAPHY 3 to 6 months in advance. We will do our best to accommodate an available date. If the requested date is fully booked, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. 

顾客需要更改婚礼拍摄的日期，需提前三至六个月通知JAX CHU PHOTOGRAPHY。JAX CHU PHOTOGRAPHY会尽力配合目前还合适的空档；如顾客需更改的日期已满档，定金 将作为取消拍摄服务的手续费用。 

A 25% deposit of the total fee is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance to be paid on the day of the shoot or within one day after. Payment is accepted via bank transfer only. 

预订日期时需支付总费用的 25% 作为订金，其余的尾款将在拍摄当天结束后或隔一天支付。 付款方式仅接受银行转账。
